Information we collect
Meal Prep Direct may collect account details, contact information, customer household details, kitchen readiness answers, allergies and dietary preferences, chef profile data, work experience, verification status, menu packages, booking events, receipts, payment references, reviews, support cases, and safety incident reports.
Customers should only provide allergy, dietary, household, and access information that is needed to evaluate and perform the booking. Chefs should only upload documents requested for onboarding, verification, support, or payment review.
Address privacy
Customer street address and access notes are hidden from chefs until the booking is confirmed. Before confirmation, chefs may see a city, region, postal code, rough service area, and timing information needed to decide whether to accept the work.
After confirmation, address and access details are shared with the assigned chef for the purpose of performing the appointment, documenting arrival/departure, reporting issues, and receiving support.
Document privacy
Public chef profiles may show verification status, verification basis, food-safety certificate status, issuing authority, and expiration date when available. Public profiles should not expose private document URLs, raw storage keys, identity documents, payout references, or private review notes.
Authorized support and review teams may review private records only for marketplace operations, verification, safety, dispute, payout, legal, or compliance purposes.
Payment and provider data
Meal Prep Direct should not store raw card numbers or CVV data. Payment collection should occur through a payment provider such as Stripe or another approved provider. Meal Prep Direct may store payment references, payment state, receipts, refunds, disputes, and payout records.
